Each Black and Gold Bast Wearing Scarab Necklace is made from resin, finished in black paint with the necklace highlighted in gold paint. The round base also has hieroglyphs running around its edge. Bast is the ancient Goddess of the Sun and of War and the local deity of the town, ?Bubastis and was seen as defender of the pharaoh. Each Black & Gold Bast comes packed individually in a plain card box.
