Metal Wind Chimes are hollow metal tubes grouped together and hung outside of a building or house, which produces soft chimes when the tubes strike each other from the motion cause by the wind. In some parts of the world these wind chimes are used to predict the weather changes. For example if a wind chime is hung on the north side of the house so only a north wind will move it, this may mean a storm or colder weather is on its way, it will alert the inhabitants to a weather change.
Placing the wind chime on the south side of the house could mean milder temperatures are on their way. With today's accurate weather predictions on the News and Radio, we don't need to interpret our own weather forecast, but wind chimes are still popular as these metal wind chimes creates a crisper yet light melody in tune with nature, that lightens the heart of the listener as the wind creates its own gentle tunes during nice summer breezes as we sit with a nice cup of tea and a book, just relaxing.
